Resources/Image Gallery/isdlogo.gifWelcome to the Ottawa Area Intermediate School District’s METS Project wiki. The METS Project is a resource for educators seeking guidance on the technologies that align with their subject/grade level curriculum expectations.

Use the Content Integration link on the left to navigate to your grade level and discipline. Each discipline is broken into strands containing links to technology integration examples that align to state-level GLCEs and METS standards. These examples show how technology can be used in instruction.

Phase 1 of the METS project address English-Language Arts, Mathematics, and the Arts. We will add additional subjects as state-level GLCEs are published.

Quick Guide to Using This Site:
  1. Click on the grade level you wish to explore in the menu on the left.
  2. Links to all integration examples at that level will appear in the Technology Integration Examples section.
  3. Click on a content area to view integration examples for a particular discipline. You may also browse for examples by METS Standards.
  4. View the examples on screen, or use the Print Page button at the top under the Tools menu to save the document in PDF, HTML, or Microsoft Word DOC format.
  5. Online video tutorials (Tutorials) are available if you need assistance.
